What really matters

This is going to be a quick entry, to let everyone know I am taking a week away from my computer. This past week, I spent hours learning about web design, and created a really cool website. There is nothing wrong with learning web design or making a cool site, however it is one part of the distractions that take me away from God. Had I spent a portion of that time praying, reading God's word, or making myself open to growing closer to him, who knows what might have happened? I get down on myself for not spending personal devotions time, but make little effort to do so. Please pray that God teaches me all I need to learn from this experience, and I remain steadfast.
